Terms of Service

SoulStack connects to the providers you choose, such as Stripe, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, OpenAI and Supabase, reads your metrics, scores each of your apps and raises alerts. It includes an AI assistant and, on some plans, an MCP endpoint for your own AI tools.

• You must be at least 16 and use SoulStack for your business or professional work.
• Keep your sign-in email and any access tokens secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

• You must have the right to connect each provider account you add.
• You allow us to read data from those accounts with the keys you provide, only to run SoulStack for you.
• You own your data. We use it as described in the Privacy Policy and nowhere else.
• Use the narrowest key each provider offers. SoulStack only reads from your providers and never writes to them.

• The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change free limits with notice.
• Paid plans (Pro at $19, Studio at $49 a month) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. VAT is added where it applies.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are not refundable for partial months, except where the law requires it.
• We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of your plan.

Do not use SoulStack to:

• break the law or anyone else’s rights;
• access data or accounts that are not yours;
• get around plan limits, overload the service or automate sign-ups;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

Health scores, alerts and AI answers are based on the data your providers return and may be incomplete or wrong. AI answers can contain mistakes. Check important figures before you act on them. Nothing in SoulStack is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

We work to keep SoulStack running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Providers’ APIs can change or fail, which can delay or affect your data. We may add, change or remove features over time.

SoulStack, its software and its design belong to us. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

You can stop using SoulStack and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless the law where you live gives you a right to a different court.

If we make a meaningful change, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using SoulStack after that, the new terms apply.
