Revenue from any backend, by API or CSV
Running billing in your own code, or on a provider SoulStack doesn't read yet? Send each day's totals with one request, or upload a spreadsheet. They count in the dashboard, health score, alerts, weekly brief and profit margin like any other source.

What SoulStack reads from Your own numbers
- mrr: monthly recurring revenue on that day
- realized_revenue: subscription payments received that day
- one_time_revenue: one-time sales that day
- refunds: money returned that day
- churn_rate: your 30-day churn, as a percentage
- Each with an optional currency; without one, the app's currency is used
How it feeds your health score and alerts
MRR growth and churn feed the health score like a connector's would, and alerts fire on them the same way. Revenue counts in profit margin with no fees assumed.
Access it needs
A token for one app, from Connections → Your own numbers → Get a token. It can only send numbers for that app; it can't read anything. A new token stops the old one working.
Connect Your own numbers in a few minutes
- In SoulStack, open Connections, pick the app, and press Get a token under Your own numbers. Copy it: it's shown once.
- POST daily totals to https://www.soulstack.app/api/ingest with Authorization: Bearer <token> and a JSON body: {"rows":[{"date":"2026-10-17","metric":"mrr","value":1240.5,"currency":"USD"}]}.
- Or send a CSV with Content-Type: text/csv and the columns date, metric, value and currency, or upload the same file on the Connections page.
- Sending a day again replaces it, so a nightly job can resend the last week safely. Up to 2,000 rows and 400 days back per request.
Syncs whenever you send. The dashboard updates straight away.
Questions
- What happens if a row is wrong?
- Nothing in that request is saved, and the response lists each row at fault and why, so you can fix them and send again.
- Does it count as a source on my plan?
- Yes, it's one source for the app, like a connector.
