Supabase integration

Your own numbers from Supabase, scored with everything else

If your users or revenue live in your own database, SoulStack can read them from one view you create in Supabase, and score them like any other source.

What SoulStack reads from Supabase

  • Daily active users or MRR, one row per day, from a soulstack_metrics view you create

How it feeds your health score and alerts

Rows you provide feed user growth or MRR growth in the health score, exactly like PostHog or Stripe would.

Access it needs

Your project URL and a secret key. Secret keys can read and write everything, but SoulStack only ever reads that one view.

Connect Supabase in a few minutes

  1. In the Supabase SQL editor, create a view named soulstack_metrics with three columns: date, metric_key (active_users or mrr) and value.
  2. Copy your project URL (Project settings → Data API) and a secret key (Project settings → API keys).
  3. Paste both into SoulStack when you connect Supabase to an app.

Syncs every hour, plus whenever you press Sync now.

Questions

What does the soulstack_metrics view look like?
One row per day: a date, a metric_key of active_users or mrr, and a numeric value. SoulStack shows a ready-made example when you connect.
Does SoulStack read anything else in my database?
No. It reads only the soulstack_metrics view.

Works well with

Stripe, RevenueCat, App Store Connect, Google Play, PostHog, Sentry, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter and Vercel. Each one adds another part of the health score, so the more you connect, the more of the picture SoulStack can see.
