One dashboard for all your RevenueCat apps

RevenueCat's charts are built around one project. With several apps, you switch projects to compare them, and anything you sell on the web through Stripe lives somewhere else again.

SoulStack puts each app's RevenueCat MRR side by side, adds the other places it earns, and ranks the apps by health.

What you get

  • Each app's mobile MRR from RevenueCat, on one screen
  • Stripe or Paddle revenue added in, for apps that also sell on the web
  • A health score per app, from revenue, users, errors and costs
  • An alert when an app's MRR drops
  • Profit after store commission, payment fees and AI costs

How to set it up

  1. In RevenueCat, create a version 2 secret API key with read access to Charts metrics, for each project.
  2. In SoulStack, add an app for each project and connect RevenueCat with its key and project ID.
  3. Connect Stripe to the same app if it also sells on the web, and App Store Connect if you want churn from Apple.

What it doesn't read

SoulStack reads the MRR figure from each project's overview and nothing about individual customers. It doesn't read churn from RevenueCat yet, so connect Stripe or App Store Connect too, or the score is worked out from the inputs you do have.

Questions

Does it count App Store sales twice if I connect both RevenueCat and App Store Connect?
No. RevenueCat already counts store subscriptions, so when both are connected SoulStack uses RevenueCat's MRR and leaves Apple's out. Apple still adds churn and one-off sales.
Is my RevenueCat key safe?
Use a key with read access to Charts metrics only. SoulStack encrypts it before storing it and never writes to RevenueCat.
Can I see it on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard works in any phone browser, and an iPhone app with push notifications is coming soon.
